Important Notice - New Phone System

We are (through necessity) having a new phone system installed on the Monday 16th September 2019. There will inevitably be some disruption to our normal service whilst the installation is taking place and our staff get to grips with the new way of working. Please be patient with us. The system will have several benefits to our patients and staff including a ‘Queuebuster’ facility which lets you know where you are in the queue and will even call you back if there is a long wait. We are hoping normal operation will be resumed very quickly following installation.

Care Quality Commission

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.

The CQC make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage them to improve.

They monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and publish what is found, including performance ratings to help people choose care.

The latest CQC inspection at Cropredy surgery was in Nov 2016 when the surgery was rated as good overall. The results of this inspection are freely available on the CQC Website under the previous Registered Managers Dr JA Wright and Dr B Tucker.

The existing service provider name changed in September 2018 to an individual provider under the name of Dr Tucker.
