Why have I received a Medlink message?

Do I need a login or password?
No. Medlink does not require an account. Just tap the personalised link we send you by text, email, or the NHS App.
How do I complete the questionnaire?

What is Medlink medication monitoring?
Some medicines require regular checks to keep you safe. Medlink helps us monitor medications such as:

You may be asked about side effects, how you take your medication, and whether you need blood tests or a review appointment.
Will I still need tests or appointments?

A clinician will review everything once your results are back.
Can I complete Medlink on my phone?

Your responses are reviewed by our clinical team and added directly to your NHS medical record.
What if I can’t use the internet?
If you cannot complete the online questionnaire, please contact the practice. We will arrange your review in the usual way.
Is Medlink secure?
Yes. Medlink uses secure NHS-approved systems. Your link is unique to you and cannot be used by anyone else.
How long does it take?
Most questionnaires take 5–15 minutes, depending on your conditions.
What happens after I submit it?
A clinician reviews your answers and test results. You will be contacted if:
